We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Games and Product to lead and grow our market-leading portfolio of top-grossing social casino titles. This is a pivotal role at Product Madness, reporting directly to the Head of Product Madness, with responsibility for driving the performance of six global apps and guiding talented teams across Europe and North America. The ideal candidate will join the Product Madness Senior Leadership Team and bring deep industry expertise. They have a player-first product attitude and proven skill in complex, matrixed environments. They will be a strategic leader with commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire creativity, innovation, and accountability across diverse teams.

Our portfolio of games is a top-10 grossing mobile gaming portfolio in the US and the leading mobile gaming portfolio in Australia. Our biggest apps are: Lightning Link Casino (#1 social slots app worldwide), Cashman Casino (#3), Heart of Vegas (#9) and Big Fish Casino (#10).

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of six top-grossing social casino apps across Europe and North America, driving performance and growth. Ensure each game team operates with clarity of purpose, accountability, and strong alignment to the company's strategy.
  • Product & Game Operations Ownership: Lead all Product and GameOps functions within the portfolio, ensuring a player-first approach, operational excellence, and revenue growth that is balanced over time. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding game experiences.
  • Industry & Market Expertise: Monitor, analyze, and anticipate market dynamics within the mobile social casino space. Bring thought leadership and strategic vision to find opportunities and build the strategic direction of the portfolio.
  • Data-Driven Product Excellence: Champion a data-informed approach to decision-making across product design, live operations, and monetization strategies. Ensure the right balance between creative vision and rigorous performance analysis.
  • Enterprise Collaboration: Operate effectively within a large corporate environment, navigating a matrix structure and developing positive relationships with central collaborators across Aristocrat. Leverage influence and diplomacy to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Organizational Development: Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing product and game teams. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Innovation & Growth Mindset: Foster a culture of experimentation, adaptability, and resilience. Encourage creativity and innovation while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering exceptional player experiences and commercial results.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 10+ years in mobile gaming, with at least 5 years in senior leadership overseeing multi-title portfolios in top-grossing social casino or adjacent categories.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of mobile free-to-play games dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging market trends. Proven ability to anticipate change and shape long-term strategy.
  • Product Expertise: Strong product philosophy rooted in player-centricity and commercial competence. Adept at combining creativity with data science, live ops, and monetization standard methodologies.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-regional teams. Strong financial competence and track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Enterprise Mindset: Skilled at operating in a global matrix structure. Comfortable engaging with central functions (e.g., marketing, tech, analytics) and influencing decisions across geographies and cultures.
  • Growth Orientation: Curious, adaptable, resilient, and entrepreneurial. Proven ability to drive innovation and inspire teams through times of change and transformation.
