  • Build positive relationships with Engineering, Product, and Compose leadership to ensure quality is owned end‑to‑end.
  • Develop scalable testing frameworks and strategies spanning API, UI, integration, and end‑to‑end layers.

  • Develop and carry out automation strategy and standards, including CI/CD quality integration.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new tools, methodologies, and automation approaches where they provide clear value.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis and quality retrospectives for high‑impact issues, translating findings into systemic improvements.

  • 3+ years leading QA teams or managing QA across multiple squads or projects, including mentoring senior ICs and leads.
  • Direct people management experience is strongly preferred for M2.
  • Demonstrated success in leading QA results across various teams and areas with quantifiable effects on quality, assurance in delivery, and speed.
  • Extensive knowledge in comprehensive testing across full‑stack environments, including API, UI, integration/E2E, and CI/CD integration.
  • Good ability to define and implement risk‑based testing and release readiness for complex releases.
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to influence multi‑functional collaborators at senior levels.
  • Good communication skills, including clear status updates, risk narratives, and data‑driven recommendations.
  • Track record of building scalable processes and tooling without heavy bureaucracy (“lightweight governance”).
  • Experience in the gaming sector and/or live‑service products is an advantage.
  • Experience in QA transformation, organisational change, expanding quality methods, or establishing a QA function is a plus.
  • Understanding of business impact and return on investment of quality initiatives is advantageous.
