We are looking for an exceptional VP of Growth to lead and grow our market-leading portfolio of top-grossing social casino mobile games. This is a pivotal role at Product Madness, an Aristocrat company, reporting directly to the Head of Product Madness, with responsibility for developing and driving our marketing, player engagement and creative strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise and extensive experience growing consumer products through performance and full funnel marketing. They will also have proven talent for developing brands that outperform the competition. They will be a strategic leader with commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to encourage creativity, innovation, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

  • Performance marketing: Supercharge our growth strategy to drive user acquisition and re‐engagement via an optimal channel mix. Constantly test and optimise the apps campaign mix to improve performance and drive accretive user acquisition.
  • Upper funnel marketing: Design and lead the execution of our upper funnel marketing strategy to complement our performance channel and drive organic traffic into our games.
  • Product marketing: Partner with our product organisation to coordinate and drive product‐aligned marketing campaigns as well as player engagement activities from cross‐promotion to social media and email.
  • Player Services: Lead our player services team, to provide top‐notch support to our players, in particular, our most‐valuable players through dedicated player management.
  • Brand and Creative: Provide strategic direction to the brand and artistic teams ensuring excellence in execution and consistency in voice. Translate business and growth priorities into a unified narrative that resonates with customers and scales effectively.
  • Partner marketing: In conjunction with our Head of Partnership, drive partner marketing to create opportunities to grow our organic traffic and improve our overall marketing performance.
  • Enterprise Collaboration: Operate effectively within a large corporate environment, navigating a matrix structure and building trusted partnerships with central team members and peers across the Aristocrat group. Leverage influence and diplomacy to drive alignment and decision‐making.
  • Organizational Development: Build, mentor, and inspire high‐performing marketing, player engagement and creative teams. Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

What We Need From You

  • 10+ years in marketing with experience in mobile gaming or similar, with at least 5 in senior leadership supervising a large marketing department and budget.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of mobile free‐to‐play games dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging market trends.
  • Growth Expertise: Strong financial acumen and track record of delivering user and revenue growth. Deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem to shape long‐term marketing strategies in a changing environment.
  • Leadership Capabilities: Experience leading a complete growth org encompassing the full gamut of marketing, player engagement, brand and creative functions. Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross‐regional high‐performing teams.
  • Enterprise Mindset: Skilled at operating in a global matrix structure. Comfortable engaging with central functions (e.g., marketing, tech, analytics) and influencing decisions across geographies and cultures.
  • Learning Orientation: Curious, adaptable, resilient, and entrepreneurial. Proven track record to drive innovation and inspire teams through times of change and transformation.
