We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Team Lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product offerings in the competitive social casino market. You’ll lead a talented team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive initiatives that resonate with players, ensuring our games stand out in the market. You’ll need to be a strong leader with a proven background in product marketing, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry.
What You'll Do:
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing product marketing team, fostering collaboration across various functions, including product, game & live ops, data analytics, user acquisition, customer insights, creative, and brand teams.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive product engagement, user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with product, game, and live ops teams to understand game performance and customer behavior, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with the game’s lifecycle and strategic goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to guide marketing decisions and improve user experiences. Leverage customer insights to refine and enhance the product's positioning in the market.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing assets that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brand identity.
- Brand Strategy: Work closely with our Brand team to ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all channels and touchpoints, including digital, social media, and in-game messaging.
- User Acquisition: Partner with user acquisition teams to refine strategies for paid and organic growth, targeting the right audience with personalized messaging.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Market Research & Trend Spotting: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the gaming or social casino games industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing, motivating and mentoring teams, as well as collaborating cross-functionally to execute complex marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of product marketing strategies and the social casino gaming landscape, including user acquisition strategies, customer retention, and in-game monetization.
- Expertise in data-driven marketing, utilizing analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and a variety of teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
