What You\âll Do
Serve as the daily point of contact for building operations, addressing access systems, deliveries, services, and general inquiries.
Monitor the workplace to ensure it is consistently clean, professional, and welcoming.
Supervise daily processes of vendors and service providers, confirming tasks satisfy the necessary quality standards.
Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance requests, schedule visits, and track completion.
Ensure all visitors receive ĎÎżd outstanding experience and are logged and accounted for upon entering the building.
Support the Site Lead in maintaining statutory compliance across health & safety áĄáá¤, fire safety, and risk management requirements.
Assist with emergency preparedness, drills, and incident response protocols.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits, resolving issues through the dedicated H&S platform, Intelex.
Support space planning and workplace services, including desk moves and occupancy checks.
Maintain adequate stock of stationery and consumables, and support office events with coordination.
Handle incoming mail and courier deliveries, coordinating distribution within the office.
What We\âre Looking For
Experience in facilities, workplace, or office operations roles, ideally in a fastâpaced or technologyâfocused environment.
Knowledge of building operations, workplace compliance, health & safety, and fire regulations.
Direct involvement in managing vendors andبŮŘś service providers.
Familiarity with workplace technology and facilities tools, or a strong willingness to learn.
Awareness of sustainability and ESG practices, with an interest in supporting workplace wellness initiatives.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and serviceâfocused.
IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
