The Global Learning Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all global leadership development programs across the organization. In addition to managing core programs, the role will support learning initiatives, including designing training content, facilitating sessions (live, hybrid and online), and conducting learning needs analyses in partnership with our Talent and Learning leads, People and Culture Business Partners (P&C BPs), and business stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in shaping a strong leadership pipeline by driving high-impact learning experiences that align with enterprise strategy and the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Program Management
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide leadership development programs, including cohort rosters, scheduling, communications, etc.
    • Coordinate and track participant engagement, attendance, assessments, and feedback surveys.
    • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to localize program logistics while maintaining global consistency and standards.
    • Analyze program feedback and business impact data to continuously improve learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
    • Ensure seamless delivery by anticipating risks, solving problems proactively, and driving operational excellence throughout the program lifecycle.
    • Use data to inform decisions, monitor outcomes, and report on learning KPIs to demonstrate value and impact.
  • Learning Design & Facilitation
    • Design and produce engaging training experiences using strong visual and instructional design principles.
    • Apply accessibility standards and leverage technology tools to enhance usability, interactivity, and overall learner experience.
    • Facilitate impactful live and online sessions.
    • Curate and recommend relevant content, tools, and resources based on learner needs and best practices.
  • Learning Needs Analysis
    • Partner with regional stakeholders to conduct ongoing needs assessments that identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
    • Translate insights into scalable learning solutions or targeted interventions that meet business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to support capability development and talent strategies.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with other Learning team members and global CoE members to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field, ideally in a global organization.
  • Strong experience managing learning programs from design through execution, particularly in leadership development.
  • Skilled in instructional design, facilitation (virtual and in-person), and adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model, Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model).
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, including flexible work hours.
  • Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders and influence without authority.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Workday Learning, Microsoft SharePoint, Articulate, or other enterprise learning platforms and applications.
