Overview
Product Demonstrator Part Time at Product Connections. This position involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam\’s Club location, introducing customers to new items and brands through product tastings, samples, or demonstrations.
Base pay range: $13.00/hr – $13.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and communicate key points about products during demonstrations.
- Prepare samples in accordance with food safety requirements (cook, process, plate, and serve).
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals for the products.
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age (Alcohol and Production requires 18+).
- Weekends (Friday–Sunday) preferred; holidays and weekday work available.
- Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked.
- Ability to safely use appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate).
- Ability to stand for the duration of the event.
- We welcome applicants without a high school or college degree, with no experience, or those returning to the workforce; military experience considered. Training provided online and/or on-the-job.
Work Environment
Moderate to high noise levels in a retail grocery warehouse environment. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
