We have an opportunity available for a Refurbishment and Returns Operative to join our team in Hindley Green, Wigan. The role is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
As our Refurbishment and Returns Operative your role will include;
- Screen and process electrical returns stock through the warehouse.
- Investigate the return Reason V Actual reason for return.
- Refurbish electrical returns in-line with company standards and procedures.
- Safely and securely package refurbished electrical products for resale.
- Verify returns back to site, action and assign to relevant areas.
- Utilise the Academy for training Technician on repairs and installs.
- Contribute to maintenance of health and safety standards within the warehouse
- Undertake other miscellaneous activities that are deemed appropriate for the role of a ‘Refurbishment and Returns Officer’ to support the efficient operation of The Group

Our successful Refurbishment and Returns Operative will need to have the following skills and attributes;
- Valid FLT license
- Computer knowledge including Microsoft office programmes; Excel, Word & Outlook
- Hard working & a good team player
- Trustworthy & reliable
- Proactive and uses initiative
