GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME!
Launched in 2022 by the UK's leading fresh produce supply Group, the Graduate Management Training Programme is designed to create the "Leaders of the Future".
Established in 2005, with a heritage dating from 1874, the business is 40% employee owned, encouraging an engaged and committed workforce.
Management Trainees sit within the Junior Management Team of each Business Unit and spend two years rotating around the key components of the end to end operation, whilst concurrently studying for an Institute of Leadership & Management Level 5 qualification.
The programme aims to shape and develop the succession plan of tomorrow, engaging highly dynamic characters with a passion for excellence, performance and sustainability.
Available is a particular opportunity, based in Birmingham, within the Wholesale division of the Group, supplying foodservice customers throughout the West Midlands. Due to the unique demands of the business, hours are Mon - Fri 6am - 1.30pm with Saturdays as required.
