GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME\\n\\nWe are seeking two dynamic 2025 Graduates to join the Graduate Management Training Programme launched by a £400mt/o fresh produce group in 2022 as part of their vision for the future.\\n\\nWorking from modern, purpose-built facilities in Southampton, this sector of the Group offers a broad range of services, with fresh produce customers welcome to browse and buy direct from site whilst they also serve cruise ships and airline customers.\\n\\nWe have two vacancies; one to work with the Commercial Department, the other in the Ships Stores team. Management Trainees sit within the Junior Management structure and will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of customers and specifications by learning aspects of the business around the key components of the end to end operations.\\n\\nDue to the unique needs and demands of the business, hours will involve two different shift patterns; 2.00am -10.00am for duties in the primary wholesale commercial team, 07.00am – 1500hrs for duties within the Ship Stores teams.\\n\\nWe welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate a real interest in the fresh food industry whatever your degree, although elements of business, supply chain, logistics, Agriculture/Food Science or consumer behaviour will be particularly interesting. A UK driving licence and own transport are required.\\n\\nSpanning a period of 2 years and including a formal Institute of Leadership & Management qualification, the programme aims to shape and develop the succession plan of tomorrow, engaging highly dynamic characters with a passion for excellence, performance and sustainability.
