Motorsport procurement is unlike any other sector, the pace is unmatched, the challenge unique. From commissioning prototypes to compressed timescales to the complexities of sourcing from parallel internal and external supply chains, from sourcing volume parts to meet challenging BOM targets to sourcing never-before-made components that will push performance boundaries – immovable deadlines, tight cashflow management and an unrelenting focus on producing world-beating vehicles all create competing demands and priorities. Responsible for procurement across four manufacturer factory programmes and a variety of our other motorsport programmes, you\'ll also provide direction and support to an experienced purchasing team to deliver effectively across our programme commitments. Leading by example and hands-on in approach, you will be backfilling an internal transfer through an especially busy and pressurised period. You\'ll have a good understanding of motorsport supply chains, be available to start in the coming weeks and be capable of hitting the ground running. Come and make a difference. TPBN1_UKTJ
