For more than 15 years we have been the team behind Aston Martin Racing and our GT Customer race programme is experiencing unprecedented growth. We are also involved in an expanding Rally Raid Championship programme.

To join us on our journey to success, we are looking for a highly experienced Engine Dyno Technician to assist with the installation of our winning engines on the dynamometer, from a multi-cylinder Aston Martins, V6 turbocharged, four-cylinder turbocharged RX Renault Megane and to the iconic turbocharged flat 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install production and development engines on the dyno for testing
  • Maintain, report and construct the engine dyno equipment for current and new projects
  • Assist the engineers during dyno testing
  • Help the engine builders with mechanical checks on the dyno and post dyno
  • Assist the workshop with engine stripping, cleaning and preparation duties
  • Maintenance of dyno running logs

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Motorsport industry, working on a broad range of cars including GTE, GT3 and RX programmes, along with a good understanding of motorsport engine functions and the ability to diagnose faults and work with motorsport engine software such as Cosworth, Motec, Bosch and Marelli as an advantage. You will have the ability to write dyno test on CP Cadet or similar, along with the flexibility and willingness to attend race events if required.
