We are looking for an HR Administrator to join the HR team, providing professional and confidential administration support to our five autonomous companies. There is flexibility on the hours for this role to be either full time or part time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate contracts and other employment letters and documentation in line with HR standards
  • Update the HR system with all employment changes
  • Carry out pre-employment checks and reference requests and ensure all relevant feedback is passed on and filed
  • Onboard all new starters onto the system, sending out and arranging new starter packs
  • Ensure correct filing of all paperwork and carry out compliance checks
  • Support recruitment activities, arranging interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Manage and order uniform for new starters
  • Manage the HR and recruitment inboxes, directing and responding to queries promptly
  • Ensure the business remains compliant with all employee data in line with GDPR
  • Provide daily lunch cover and holiday cover for reception
  • Support on all other HR and office administration as required
  • Support with updating all company policies and other adhoc projects
Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems is essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have a positive ‘can do' attitude and a strong customer-focus, with a proactive and flexible approach to delivery. Previous experience within the HR sector would be advantageous but not essential.
