Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our well-established clients based in Pershore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing general administrative tasks, answering and directing phone calls, dealing with emails, correspondence and general paperwork, maintaining filing systems and databases. This position requires strong phone etiquette, proficient data entry skills, and familiarity with office software.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position - Essential
- Good IT proficiency including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Pays attention to detail
- Excellent and clear communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and with the ability to prioritise workloads

Salary: £26-28k pa DOE + company benefits
