Prodrive Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled Production/Factory Operative to join their clients based in Pershore. As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for all aspects of core material preparation, injection and firing of products in accordance with company standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment to assemble products.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Full training will be given.
- Proficient in using machines.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: £12.50 per hour + company benefits
Hours of work: Full time (Monday to Friday) 8.00 am - 4.00 pm - can be flexible.
