Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on behalf of our well-established clients near Broadway. The successful candidate will have experience working in a varied office-based role including customer service, data entry, accounts administration, reception, filing and general administration combined with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Skills and Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative experience - 2 years+
- Good IT proficiency incl. Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Confident in answering the telephone and speaking with customers and contractors
- The ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Pays attention to detail
- A flexible team player, able to use initiative.
Salary: 27-30k per annum (DOE) + company benefits
Hours of work: 37.5 p/week Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00 pm (may be flexible)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
