We are currently recruiting for a talented Well Performance Management Lead to join one of our Oil & Gas clients on a staff basis in Aberdeen.
Applications are welcomed from degree-qualified individuals, with an IWCF Level 4 certification being an advantage. Extensive experience as a Drilling or Completion engineer is also advantageous for this role.
The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Working collaboratively with all areas within Wells and outside wells (subsurface, production operations, assets, projects, business improvement, SCM, logistics, decommissioning).
- Developing key digital tools to measure and monitor well performance across all phases of the Well lifecycle.
- Supporting Wells personnel with the use of performance evaluation and new analytic tools.
- Automating reporting internally and to key stakeholders.
- Developing and ensuring Well project hopper opportunities to drive the Well Management and Wells work plans and budgets.
- Developing and ensuring Well Integrity visualizations from planned maintenance routines to final risk assessments across the company\’s well stock.
- Understanding Abandonment Liabilities and identifying initiatives to create value for the organization.
- Preparing and distributing performance benchmarks for all well operations.
- Sharing high-value lessons learned or best practices.
- Monitoring daily and historical performance KPIs, identifying ILTs (Invisible Lost Times), and other opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating effectively within a Wells Team for streamlined project execution.
- Prioritizing safety and efficiency in project planning and delivery.
- Focusing on performance and cost management to meet project goals.
- Developing fit-for-purpose technical and commercial solutions for project success.
