About ProdPad
ProdPad is the original (and best) product management software, used by thousands of teams across the world to build better products.
About the Job
As our Head of Growth, you will take ownership of our growth and marketing strategy, shape our go‑to‑market (GTM) approach, and build a high‑performing demand generation engine. Utilising a deep understanding of our market, customers, and growth opportunities, you will translate this knowledge into a focused, data‑driven strategy aligned with our ambitious goals. Working within a small, high‑impact team, you'll operate both strategically and hands‑on – prioritising the highest‑leverage channels to drive measurable growth, with the autonomy to test, iterate, and scale what works. Your primary goal will be to generate a predictable flow of high‑quality ICP opportunities that convert into revenue and enable the business to hit its ARR targets. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to directly shape the company's growth trajectory.
What you'll be doing
- Demand Generation & Growth – Diagnose, rebuild, and grow our pipeline. Own experimentation end‑to‑end, turning an underperforming marketing foundation into a scalable, repeatable growth engine.
- Product Marketing & GTM – Own the reset of our positioning and go‑to‑market. Identify what's not landing, craft differentiated messaging, and lead launches while developing a clear POV on how AI is reshaping our category – and how we should compete within it.
- Analytics & Optimisation – Own performance across the funnel (AARRR), using data to identify opportunities and continuously improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI.
- Content & Brand – Shape and maintain compelling, consistent messaging across all touchpoints to strengthen brand and support conversion.
- Campaign Execution – Plan, prioritise, and run high‑impact campaigns across key channels (SEO, paid, content, email) to acquire, nurture, and retain customers.
- Customer Insights – Get close to customers. Use feedback and behavioural data to refine messaging, improve the journey, and influence product direction.
- Accountability – Own core marketing metrics (MQLs, CAC, LTV) and be accountable for delivering measurable growth and pipeline impact – not just reporting on it.
Requirements
- Commercially minded growth marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS growth, demand generation, or pipeline‑focused marketing roles, with ownership of pipeline or revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, ICP definition, and funnel optimisation, with ability to translate insight into action.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution, prioritising what drives high‑quality, durable growth.
- Data‑driven, experimental approach, using analytics to guide decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Confident challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities, with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments, balancing speed with structure.
- Strong working knowledge of AARRR metrics, SEO, paid acquisition, copywriting, and performance marketing.
- Proficient with tools such as HubSpot and web‑analytics platforms.
Benefits
- ÂŁ80k - ÂŁ100k salary depending on experience.
- Stock options.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with 3 extra days after 3 years.
- Private medical insurance and healthcare cashback scheme.
- Pension contribution.
- Pick out your own kit and tools.
- Work‑life balance you'll actually feel.
