What we’re looking for in an Assistant Manager:
- The Assistant Manager will be target-driven and sales-focused.
- You will be required to support the Store Manager in identifying new ways to give our business the edge while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Bring your retail expertise and passion, along with a strong understanding of football and lifestyle culture, to help us continuously improve our customer experience.
You’ll do this by making a positive impact in the following areas:
Customer Service and Experience:- Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently.
- Increase customer engagement, satisfaction and monetisation.
- Skilled in team management, motivation and training.
- Create an engaging working environment for colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for sports retail with a clear understanding of the UK retail market, local trading conditions, and competitor activity.
- You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential across the floors.
- Applies commercial insight to maximise store sales, margin, and profitability.
- Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
- You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation, taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Brand.
About You:
- Recent Retail Management experience.
- Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver.
- Detail-oriented.
