Prodigy Studios is looking for a creative, highly organised, and digitally native Social Media Producer to help drive audience growth, engagement, and content performance across our expanding portfolio of athlete-led media platforms. This role will focus on producing, publishing, and optimising social-first content across multiple social media platforms, helping maximise reach, audience engagement, and platform growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internet culture, sports media, social storytelling, and platform trends, with experience creating high-performing digital content in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and publish social-first content for 'The Switch | Kevin Pietersen' across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook.
  • Identify viral moments and trends to create reactive and timely content.
  • Write engaging captions, titles, hooks and social copy tailored to each platform.
  • Assist with community management and audience engagement across channels.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, creator formats and algorithm changes.
  • Extract and analyse post performance and viewership data, helping to identify key trends, successful content, and opportunities for optimisation.
