Prodigy Studios Limited is seeking an ambitious, highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to support the sourcing, management and coordination of talent across the company’s current and future production platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-management skills, excellent organisational ability, experience liaising with talent and agents, and a passion for digital media, entertainment and sport. The role will involve regular interaction with talent, agents, sponsors and internal production teams, requiring professionalism, discretion and confidence in fast-paced environments.
Location: London / Hybrid
Travel: International travel required from time to time

Key Responsibilities
- Source and research guest talent for current and future Prodigy Studios platforms and productions.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent, agents, managers and publicists.
- Coordinate and update talent engagement agreements and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with channel sponsors and commercial partners regarding talent integrations and appearances.
- Arrange and manage talent logistics, including travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Travel domestically and internationally where required to support productions and talent management.
- Collate and manage talent schedules across multiple productions and filming dates.
- Coordinate host and platform talent diaries to ensure smooth production planning.
- Conduct outreach to agents and representatives for booking enquiries and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare professional presentations, decks and briefing materials for talent and partners using Canva.
- Support production teams with talent communication before, during and after shoots.
- Maintain organised databases of talent contacts, availability and contractual status.
- Assist with on-set talent coordination.
- Support wider production, commercial and partnership activity as needed.
