This is a rare and unique opportunity for a candidate to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding team at the forefront of the digital revolution in sports.
Role Overview: We are seeking a commercially driven Commercial Manager to join a small but dynamic sponsorship and brand partnerships team to support efforts across multiple YouTube platforms under the Prodigy Studios (PSL) portfolio. You will drive revenue growth through sponsorships, brand partnerships, and strategic content deals, owning the process end-to-end from identifying opportunities through to negotiating and closing long-term, sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse audience behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
- Identify, outreach, and secure new business opportunities across sponsorship, advertising, and content licensing.
- Develop and encourage scalable, repeatable partnership models for long-term growth.
- Create compelling, tailored partnership proposals and sponsorship packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, sponsors, broadcasters, and agencies.
- Collaborate closely with production and content teams to ensure commercial and creative alignment across all campaigns and partnerships.
- Drive commercial processes and ensure sustainable revenue growth across the PSL.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in business development, sponsorship sales, or brand partnerships (ideally within media, digital, or content industries).
