\n The Opportunity

\n

We’re looking for a number of new Account Managers to join our business development team. This role is ideal for someone with a year or two of experience, preferably from a software, recruitment, or sales environment, who is ready to grow with us. You’ll work with both inbound and outbound opportunities, developing client relationships and driving growth.

\n Key Responsibilities\n

  • \n Managing and nurturing a blend of inbound sales enquiries and proactively generating outbound leads.
  • \n

  • \n Becoming the primary point of contact for client questions, orders, and account support.
  • \n

  • \n Understanding clients’ business models and developing targeted solutions to enhance their revenues.
  • \n

  • \n Supporting clients with onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to Prodigi’s platform.
  • \n

  • \n Conducting online demonstrations and webinars, following up effectively with potential clients.
  • \n

  • \n Maintaining and updating sales databases and managing your sales pipeline efficiently.
  • \n

  • \n Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and sharing valuable product feedback.

\n Required Experience & Skills\n

  • \n 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, recruitment, or software environments.
  • \n

  • \n Highly self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
  • \n

  • \n A structured, plan-oriented approach to solving problems.
  • \n

  • \n Comfort and proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheet modelling.
  • \n

  • \n Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage your own workload.
  • \n

  • \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders.
