Overview:

Seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Solution Designer to join our dynamic team in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of telecom processes and technologies, with a strong emphasis on integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CSG solutions to enhance our service delivery and operational efficiency. Expertise in interface design and integration skills will be crucial for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive E2E solution designs that meet business requirements and improve customer experience. Ensure alignment of solutions with overall business strategy and architecture.
• Integration Expertise: Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CSG systems to streamline processes, enhance data flow, and improve service delivery across the organization.
• Interface Design: Design interfaces among systems.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the implementation of solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to ensure solutions meet user needs and align with business objectives.
