Despite being the biggest asset class in the world, the commercial real estate industry relies on excel & PDF financial documents as the primary means of exchanging data. These files are frequently inconsistent, inaccurate, and inaccessible, posing challenges for real estate professionals. Through automated data capture, standardisation, and analysis, PRODA can:

Founded in 2017 by Charles and Peter, two former Real Estate Finance Investment professionals, PRODA is now 70 people strong. PRODA has a strong globally recognised client base, including organisations such as Blackstone, Hines, and ING, with an even better sales pipeline. We are looking for you to join us on our exciting journey delivering best-in-class software to the Commercial Real Estate market globally.

The Role

This is a true new business role focused on acquiring and developing relationships with enterprise clients across the Commercial Real Estate industry. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close, working directly with senior decision-makers at some of the largest real estate organisations globally.

This position is ideal for:

  • Experienced SaaS sales professionals looking to sell a market-leading platform into a large and under-served industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the Commercial Real Estate sector
  • Run discovery meetings to understand client challenges and objectives
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations
  • Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluation processes
  • Build business cases and ROI-driven proposals
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through HubSpot

  • Highly organised and self-motivated

  • Experience selling enterprise software
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate investment and asset management workflows
