I'm Arthur, founder of Procuro. We're lean, ambitious and looking to take our way of doing things to the next level. We're building a different kind of estate agency. And we need someone ready to step up. Right now, it's me, a property manager, and this role.
We're looking for someone who's currently a senior sales or lettings negotiator—someone who's been the top performer, who’s tired of the corporate grind, and who's ready to own something.
What you’ll do (at first)
- This isn’t a "sit in the office and delegate" role. Not yet.
- You’ll be on the coal face:
- Manage our existing portfolio across Central London (Sales and Lettings)
- Conduct viewings and close deals
- Handle front-facing compliance and ops
- Be the face of the business alongside me
You’ll prove you can do the work at the highest level — because that’s what earns you the next step.
What you’ll build (as we scale)
- Once you’ve proven yourself, you’ll hire and lead your own team.
- You’ll go from doing the viewings to coaching others.
- From closing deals to building a high-performing sales culture.
- From managing compliance to designing systems.
This is a founding team role—you'll have real influence over how we grow, who we hire, and how we operate.
Who you are
- You're currently a senior sales negotiator, or senior lettings negotiator
- You’ve consistently been a top performer in your agency
- You’re hungry— you want more responsibility, more autonomy, more upside
- You’re operationally sharp— you can juggle viewings, compliance, and client management without dropping balls
- You’re commercially minded— you understand what drives revenue and you’re not afraid to chase it
- You’re ready to step up— you don’t need hand-holding, you need opportunity
Commitment to Excellence: You take your profession seriously, you care about doing things the right way, not just the fast way.
What we offer
- Equity/profit share potential as you prove and scale
- Professional Growth: We will fully fund and support you in achieving industry-recognised qualifications (ARLA Propertymark / MNAEA) if you don't already have them. We want you to be the most qualified expert in the room.
- Real career progression— build and lead your own team
- Autonomy— you'll own your area, not be micromanaged
Why this is different
Most "step-up" roles are just rebranded negotiator jobs with a fancier title. This isn’t that. You’ll start by doing the work — because I need to know you can execute at the highest level. But if you deliver, you'll build something. Your team. Your systems. Your legacy.
How to apply
Send me a direct message or email arthur@theprocuro.com with:
- Your current role and agency (or just "senior negotiator at a [location] agency" if you prefer discretion)
- Your best result in the last 12 months (deal, instruction, client win — whatever you’re proudest of)
- Why you’re ready to step up (2-3 sentences max)
No CV required at this stage. I want to know who you are and what you’ve done, not read a formatted document.
