A well respected Global organisation are currently looking to recruit a new Sourcing & Procurement manager to their team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement your role will include:

  • Designing and implementing cost-saving initiatives across a range of Indirect Category areas.
  • Managing end to end tender activity and leading on contract negotiations.
  • Developing innovation through the Indirect category areas including driving value, focussing on risk and negotiating preferred terms.
  • Staying abreast of market insights and market trends.
  • Building strong Supplier Relationships looking at developing key partnerships for all parties.
  • Developing internal stakeholder relationships, building trust and communicating the value Procurement can add in line with overall business goals.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate proven end to end procurement experience (ideally within a Manufacturing environment). You must have excellent interpersonal and behavioural skills. You will be robust, able to juggle competing priorities and have strength of character to make a difference. You will have a proactive mindset and an overall resilience.
