Your role will cover:
- Driving forward the planning and tracking of commercial activity within IT for the group
- Running tender processes across IT (Software, Cloud Services, IT Professional Services)
- Negotiating contracts with vendors ensuring performance to allow for successful project delivery
- Managing the relationships with large core third party IT application and infrastructure vendors working with the wider Third Party Risk Management team
- Navigating a de-centralised SRM governance structure
- Developing robust IT Category Plans to support overall business goals
- Managing the end to end contract lifecycle for change and managing the pipeline of group IT commercial activity
This is a highly visible autonomous Procurement role and will suit individuals with excellent influencing and stakeholder management experience. You will have proven IT Procurement Category Management experience and have recently worked in a Financial Services company with a good understanding of FCA and PRA regulations. You must have current UK Right to work and be within commuting distance of London, UK. The role requires the person to be in the office 2 or 3 days per week in Central London. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer.
