ProcureOne are currently partnering a growing financial services company to help them recruit a Procurement Manager to their team. This is a senior role with a mix of operational and strategic procurement and will suit an individual with a generalist indirect background.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the organisation’s procurement framework
  • Manage end to end sourcing activities, negotiating commercial and contractual terms with suppliers across all business areas.
  • Driving procurement governance and controls to adhere to regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure value is achieved whilst pursuing cost efficiencies to deliver business improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities across the entire procurement lifecycle.
  • Oversee risk management, including identification, monitoring and reporting of risks.

Suitable candidates will have a strong generalist procurement background and previous experience working in the financial services sector would be advantageous. You will be commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The company require the Procurement Manager to be based 3 days per week in the Surrey office. Only UK based candidates with current right to work can be considered for this opportunity.
