ProcureOne are partnering with an established business to help them recruit a new Senior IT Supplier Relationship Manager. In your role as Senior IT Supplier Relationship Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Continue to develop and grow the Technology Supplier Relationship Function.
- Manage and deploy the SRM framework and overall third party governance framework.
- Manage the development of critical IT Suppliers in terms of over performance (KPIs / SLAs).
- Conduct regular services reviews with IT Suppliers to ensure quality, service standards, operational efficiency and compliance are adhered to.
- Manage the data and analytics to provide insights to supplier performance trends. Develop supplier reporting tools.
- Develop Strategic Supplier Management initiatives, all the while promoting innovation.
- Mitigate overall supplier risk.
- Manage the Contract Management database in conjunction with Contract Managers.
- Champion contractual or suppliers issues, discrepancies or disputes.
- Drive overall communication to enhance effective partner management.
- Promote sustainable procurement practices and ensure supplier adherence to ESG standards.
- Acting as an interface between Procurement, Contract Management, PMO, Quality and SRM colleagues to manage strategic supplier relationships and align them with business demands.
