We are an international hospitality and leisure brand seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to manage their Professional Services spend. This role will work closely with the HR team and other functions using professional services, and will be solely responsible for all HR & Professional Services spend.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with HR & Professional Services teams to understand current vendors, management, review processes, and strategies.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to negotiate cost-effective agreements with market-leading vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with vendor management policies and practices.
  • Creating and managing Professional Services Category plans.
  • Serving as a point of escalation for vendor issues and disputes, driving resolution.
  • Reviewing and improving practices to enhance vendor management maturity.

Experience required:

  • Experience in HR & Professional Services Category management.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and HR & Professional Services contractual elements such as SLAs.
  • Knowledge of contractual, commercial, and operational relationships with vendors.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive improvements and lead initiatives.
