Portfolio Procurement have been engaged by a rapidly expanding FMCG / Manufacturing business based in North Hampshire. This is a newly created role, and our client is looking to take on an experienced Procurement Manager on a 6-12 month fixed term contract with a view being made permanent. This role comes with great benefits including Hybrid working (2 days in office), Healthcare, Pension & much more.
Experience / Skills:
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment for FMCG / Healthcare / Pharma / Personal Care industry
- Strong Sourcing & Supplier Management experience
- Experienced Negotiation and Contract management knowledge
- Develop and implement Cost strategies
- Oversee inventory levels ensuring supply of materials
- Implement inventory control processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes
