Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the estates function, including lease reviews, rent negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee the onboarding of third-party occupiers, ensuring all operational and contractual requirements are met.
- Support delivery of property services including maintenance, surveying, capital works and asset upgrades across operational and waterfront properties.
- Drive commercial performance through proactive asset management and value optimisation.
- Maintain compliance with lease obligations, statutory requirements, and environmental performance standards.
- Support energy performance certification, cleaning, waste, and facilities management for tenanted spaces.
- Collaborate across departments to align real estate activity with wider logistics operations.
- Manage the estates IT system and ensure accuracy of property data and billing processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) or relevant professional qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar commercial property or estate management role.
- Proven track record in building surveying, lease negotiation, and asset compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive property-related revenue streams.
- Knowledge of property law, landlord/tenant responsibilities, and facilities operations.
- Competence in MS Office and ideally property management software.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
