Join the UK and Ireland’s leading specialist in the towing, touring, and automotive leisure sectors. They are currently looking for an organized and motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join their established team and support their continued growth.

Working closely with the Supply Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain. This is a key role focused on maintaining a continuous flow of goods from UK-based suppliers and ensuring data accuracy across the business.

  • Interpret data to calculate stock requirements based on trends, anticipated demand, and lead times.
  • Resolve price and delivery queries and verify order acknowledgments to maintain high service levels.
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor and coordinate UK supplier deliveries and collections to ensure timely arrival at the warehouse.
  • Data Integrity: Update and maintain arrival dates and key supply chain data within the ERP system to ensure accurate budgeting and stock visibility.
  • Produce and circulate weekly stock and supply reports to the sales agency network.

A good level of numeracy with the ability to interpret data and identify commercial trends.

Remuneration: 26,500 – 28,000 pounds per annum, depending on experience.

Work-Life Balance: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with an early finish at 2:00 PM every Friday.
