Role Objective: We seek a techno-commercial individual excited to take on new challenges. The role offers opportunities to demonstrate entrepreneurship and leadership skills, contributing to organizational success.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices in procurement and supplier management to handle vendor risk, performance, and relationships across Moglix.
- Oversee sourcing operations across locations and coordinate with teams such as supply chain, finance, customer success, and regional business units to meet business needs.
- Utilize efficient sourcing models through price negotiations, vendor development, and defining business share, directly impacting the bottom line.
- Analyze data, monitor sourcing KPIs across India, and drive root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Drive technology adoption by onboarding vendors onto Moglix platforms and managing their orders, inventory, and statements.
- Lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and create simplified processes for end users.
- Collaborate with category teams on strategic initiatives to grow categories.
- Ensure standardization of products, processes, and prices.
