This industry-leading organisation is expanding its procurement function and is seeking a dynamic leader to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and manage a small team of up to four direct reports. You'll have full end-to-end procurement exposure across diverse categories and work alongside high-calibre procurement professionals committed to mentoring and best-practice procurement.

- Lead and deliver strategic procurement activities across the end-to-end procurement function, including category management, contract management, negotiation, strategic sourcing, and tender management across varied direct and indirect categories.
- Effectively manage, mentor and develop a team of up to four direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, engaging confidently with senior internal colleagues and key external partners, including suppliers and customers.
- Proven experience leading strategic procurement activities across the end-to-end procurement function, in relation to either direct or indirect procurement categories.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Expertise in category management, contract management, tender management, and strategic sourcing.
