We are supporting a long-established procurement consultancy that provides essential services to schools and Trusts across the UK. Following continued growth, they are seeking a capable and motivated Procurement Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys managing a diverse range of tender processes, from catering and cleaning to ICT managed services, payroll, reprographics, and maintenance.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will support clients throughout the end-to-end tender lifecycle: drafting tender documentation, coordinating bid processes, evaluating submissions, and ensuring full compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, compliant MoI, PSQ, ITT and RFP documents using PandaDoc
- Liaise professionally with clients and suppliers (phone, email, in-person)
- Manage bid timelines and coordinate all tender-related tasks
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets and project documentation
- Undertake complex bid evaluation and financial analysis
- Attend site visits and bidder presentations
- Produce detailed post-project Procurement Audit Reports
- Use and manage In-Tend e-procurement software
- Review and improve tender templates and documentation
- Manage workflow tasks via GenieAI CRM
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procurement legislation
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience in a procurement role
- Bid evaluation and analysis expertise
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Desirable:
- Understanding of the Procurement Act 2023
- Experience using e-procurement platforms (e.g., In-Tend)
- Sector experience within education
- Degree (or equivalent qualification)

- Full UK driving licence
