I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Procurement Business Partner role on behalf of a leading international healthcare organisation. With operations across 14 countries and a mission-driven culture, this company delivers vital care to tens of thousands of patients worldwide.
This is a high-impact position based in London, supporting a global operations team and working with local procurement leads and CFOs across multiple international markets.
The role offers the opportunity to lead transformation projects, support data-led decision-making, and help shape global procurement strategy.
The role is located in Chiswick and is 5 days per week in the office. Occasional international travel (up to 10%) may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operational efficiency projects in collaboration with country teams (e.g., cost improvement, process optimisation, working capital initiatives).
- Drive digital transformation efforts, such as global spend analysis.
- Build financial models to evaluate global tender offers (multi-market, multi-year, multi-product).
- Forecast volumes and conduct international price benchmarking.
- Analyse total cost of ownership for capital equipment, incorporating variables like failure rates, labour inputs, and consumables.
- Support evaluation of operational protocol changes (e.g., in-sourcing) from a financial perspective.
- Assist procurement teams with category management, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Engage in special projects aligned with your interests and capacity for growth.
- 4+ years’ experience in a procurement strategy role, either in industry or consulting.
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and tools (e.g., eSourcing, Spend Analytics).
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel modelling.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems independently.
- Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across cultures and functions.
- Up to £65,000 base salary.
