We are partnering with a leading global professional services organisation recognised for its collaborative culture, international presence and commitment to operational excellence. With a mature procurement function, the business is investing in its sourcing capability to drive value, support strategic decision-making and enhance risk management across a complex, multi-site environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Procurement Lead to manage a broad indirect spend portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to a high-performing, forward-thinking team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing across indirect categories, from market analysis through to contract award
  • Develop and implement category strategies, delivering cost efficiencies and supplier optimisation
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide strategic procurement guidance
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and deliver clear commercial recommendations
  • Ensure procurement activity aligns with governance, compliance and risk frameworks
  • Support contract negotiations alongside legal and risk teams
  • Oversee supplier onboarding and due diligence processes
  • Embed sustainability and responsible sourcing within procurement activity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement performance

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement within a complex or professional services environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Experience managing multiple categories and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, governance and risk
  • Experience in facilities management categories is beneficial but not essential
  • Up to Β£65,000 with comprehensive benefits, including healthcare and pension
  • Flexible and hybrid working environment – 3 days per week in office
