Procurement Heads are working with a well known hospitality company who are looking for a Procurement Manager to join their team.
You must have experience purchasing food or beverage or similar.
Location – West London | 4 days per week in the office | Friday WFH
Key Requirements:
- Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across multiple categories (F&B)
- Implement and operate group procurement policies across international territories
- Lead sourcing projects, supplier selection, contract negotiation and execution
- Drive cost savings, value delivery and spend optimisation aligned to group targets
- Build strong supplier relationships and manage effective SRM
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide commercial advice
- Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, ethical and supply chain risks
- Support sustainability, compliance, and responsible sourcing initiatives
- Operate effectively in a multi-country, fast-paced environment
Skillset Needed:
- Proven experience in procurement across goods and services categories
- Strong negotiation, commercial and cost management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of procurement best practice, contracting and SRM
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Experience working in international or multi-site organisations
- Familiarity with procurement systems and strong MS Office skills
- Background in Retail, Leisure or Hospitality (desirable)
