Drive responsible sourcing, governance, and continuous improvement across the supply base.Provide leadership and development to the procurement team. About YouProven experience in a senior procurement leadership role.Strong track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.Experience managing multiple spend categories within a complex organisation. Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills. CIPS or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
