Procurement Heads are working with a retailer who is looking for a commercially driven Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategy across Digital & Technology, with a strong emphasis on SaaS, software, and cloud-based solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and shape procurement strategy in a fast-evolving digital landscape. You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end source-to-contract activity, driving value through complex negotiations, and ensuring robust commercial outcomes across technology spend areas.

Location - West London (3 days per week on site)

Salary - up to £90,000 base salary + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across Digital & Technology categories, with a strong focus on SaaS, software licensing, and cloud services
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, commercial evaluation, negotiation, and contract award
  • Partner closely with Digital, Finance, and senior stakeholders to align procurement activity with business and technology priorities
  • Deliver commercial value through cost optimisation, contract structuring, and supplier innovation
  • Manage supplier relationships, driving performance, scalability, and continuous improvement across the SaaS ecosystem
  • Ensure robust governance, risk mitigation, and compliance across all technology contracts

About You

  • Proven experience in Digital & Technology procurement, must have SaaS, cloud, and software categories
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of leading complex negotiations and delivering value
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, licensing structures, and contract terms
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across technology and finance
  • Analytical mindset with experience supporting category strategy and investment decisions
