This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering procurement strategy, driving efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing supplier risk across a diverse portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development and execution of category strategies across indirect spend areas with a focus on FM, property & estates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, challenge, and refine business requirements.
- Deliver procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) in line with internal policy and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate and implement contracts, ensuring service, quality, and performance standards are met.
- Proactively manage supplier relationships and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Support adherence to FCA/PRA compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in indirect procurement, ideally within financial services industry.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
