Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering procurement strategy, driving efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing supplier risk across a diverse portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of category strategies across indirect spend areas with a focus on FM, property & estates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, challenge, and refine business requirements.
  • Deliver procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) in line with internal policy and regulatory standards.
  • Negotiate and implement contracts, ensuring service, quality, and performance standards are met.
  • Proactively manage supplier relationships and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Support adherence to FCA/PRA compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement, ideally within financial services industry.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of category management principles and procurement best practices.
