Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategy across spend categories aligned to organisational objectives
- Lead strategic procurement within Property Services and Building Safety & Compliance
- Manage and develop a team of Category Managers with coaching and performance oversight
- Oversee end-to-end sourcing projects ensuring optimal cost, quality, and risk outcomes
- Ensure procurement activity complies with Procurement Act 2023 and reflects best practice
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to embed procurement as a value-adding function
- Improve data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making
- Approve high-value purchase orders and supplier onboarding within category scope
- Support broader procurement transformation initiatives

- Proven experience in a senior procurement or category leadership role
- Strong track record in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier engagement
