- Manage projects from inception to contract award and implementation, ensuring value for money and timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with public procurement legislation and governance
- Lead supplier engagement, tendering, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand priorities and risks
- Conduct market research to support sourcing strategies and supplier selection

- Proven experience in a procurement or category management role
