As Senior Sourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic, end-to-end procurement sourcing projects across key spend areas including Technology, Real Estate and Professional Services. This is a highly visible global role, requiring engagement with senior stakeholders across the business, including executive leadership, and offers the opportunity to shape procurement strategy and deliver meaningful commercial impact.

  • Lead and deliver complex, global sourcing projects across Technology, Real Estate and Consultancy categories
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic procurement advice to stakeholders
  • Build and manage key supplier relationships, negotiating commercial and contractual terms
  • Run end-to-end RFP processes, including evaluation, selection and implementation
  • Support and promote compliance with global procurement policies and governance
  • Strong track record in procurement, with deep expertise across Technology and/or Real Estate categories
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience
  • Confident presenter, with experience engaging executive-level audiences
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practice, tools and processes
