Job Title: Client Delivery Executive
Location: London, EC4R 1AP
Salary : £30,000 £38,000 per annum + up to 10% annual performance bonus
The Procurement Group helps UK businesses reduce overheads and improve profitability. We are a lean, specialist consultancy building a more scalable, system-driven business, and we are looking for a Client Delivery Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day operational work behind our client delivery.
This is a hands-on client operations role for someone who enjoys getting things done, keeping control of detail and seeing work through from start to finish.
You will manage client and supplier activity, prepare commercially important Excel documentation, keep invoicing and commission up to date, maintain accurate records and make sure actions are completed rather than simply passed on.
Strong Excel skills and numerical accuracy are essential. We are looking for someone who can use data and Excel confidently as part of personally delivering the work.
You will report to Jason in Operations. Simon Unger, Founder & CEO, is the ultimate stakeholder, with escalation through Jason and then Simon.
What youll be responsible for
You will:
Run our Straight Through Process (STP), from client onboarding through contract recording, invoicing and client progress stages.
Act as a first point of contact for clients and suppliers through Zoho Desk, email and telephone, communicating clearly and professionally.
Prepare savings schedules, quotation documents and invoice templates in Excel to a finance-grade standard.
Check commercially important numerical work carefully and ensure information is accurate before it is issued.
Issue Letters of Authority, submit meter reads, action Zoho Desk comments and complete day-to-day client service tasks.
Process invoicing and commission promptly and keep records current.
Support proposals and other revenue-generating work with accurate data, documentation and checks.
Keep control of outstanding actions, follow up where necessary and make sure client and supplier issues reach a conclusion.
