Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site role based in Newcastle City Centre as a Lead Generator. The Lead Generator will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential clients
- Initiating contact via outbound calls or emails
- Maintaining accurate lead databases
- Qualifying prospects to support the sales team
- Gathering initial customer information
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Contributing to meeting the company's lead generation and sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to effectively engage with potential clients
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client prospecting
- Organizational and data management skills to maintain accurate records of leads and follow‐ups
- Proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital tools for tracking and analysing leads
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, team collaboration skills, and a results‐oriented mindset
Package
- Annual Salary up to £40k per annum + uncapped commission OTE £80,000+
- Salary Sacrifice EV Car Scheme upon passing probation
- Salary sacrifice private pension
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 3pm
- 23 Days annual leave + bank holidays + gifted extended leave at Christmas
