Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Newcastle City Centre. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact via outbound calls or emails, maintaining accurate lead databases, and qualifying prospects to support the sales team. Additional responsibilities include gathering initial customer information, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to meeting the company’s lead generation and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to effectively engage with potential clients
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client prospecting
- Organizational and data management skills to maintain accurate records of leads and follow‑ups
- Proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital tools for tracking and analysing leads
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, team collaboration skills, and a results‑oriented mindset
Package
- Annual Salary up to £40k per annum + uncapped commission OTE £80,000+

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
- Friday 9am - 3pm
23 Days annual leave + bank holidays + gifted extended leave at Christmas
