Who Are We Looking For
We are now looking for a Jr. Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with strong B2B experience and a handsâon, executionâdriven mindset. Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on Procure Ai's growth: increasing inbound lead volume and quality, improving paid and organic campaign performance, and helping refine our go-to-market approach as we scale. Please note: this is an individual contributor role, and it is important that you are comfortable owning end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and optimization in a remoteâfirst environment.
Impact & Ownership
- Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads support tasks, and basic outbound campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain tracking dashboards for paid, organic, and outbound channels.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and followâup of onsite and online events.
- Help create, test, and update messaging sequences, audience targeting lists, and basic positioning under guidance.
- Draft and publish social media posts based on provided guidelines and content ideas.
Requirements
- 2â6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
- Handsâon experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and outbound / targeted outreach strategies.
- Strong dataâdriven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong problemâsolving skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building growth strategies from scratch, and iterating quickly.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2).
